Robin is a senior executive with over 40 years of experience in the Middle East, Africa and South East Asia developing and managing businesses specializing in major developments and strategic infrastructure projects.
Mr. Penman’s extensive experience incorporates all aspects of managing major programs and projects covering feasibility, master planning, design, financing, construction and asset management, clients and partners including Government, Private Sector and International Finance Agencies.
Robin has directed the planning and implementation of a number of mega-projects including Jumeirah Village South, Dubai Maritime City in Dubai and holding the overall responsibility for the planning, design and execution of Dubai Waterfront as well as Smart Cities in Malta, India and Saudi Arabia, as well as the world-class Khalifa Port in Abu Dhabi.
His major development portfolio includes residential, commercial, industrial and leisure developments together with strategic infrastructure projects across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa, Ethiopia, Kenya, Libya, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Vietnam, Brunei and Indonesia.
Robin is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK and Chartered Engineers UK. He has held senior executive positions with international publicly listed companies including AECOM, Mouchel & Parkman Consultants.
As a senior executive, Robin specialises in large scale projects, complex turnarounds, major acquisitions and multi-level business development.
Robin operates as an independent consultant and advisor to a number of companies at board level covering strategy, business expansion; operational planning and management and; program and project management.

Dick is a senior executive with significant directorship, operational and business development experience in the sectors of real estate development, program/project management, construction, consulting, logistical support and strategic planning.
Dick has directed multi-billion dollar mixed-use development programs for some of the largest real estate corporations in the MENA region.
His active participation as a contractor for the multi-national coalition forces in Iraq and Afghanistan for the US State Dept, US Dept of Defense and USAID has given Dick a reputation as a creative, solution driven executive in the US Military contracting market.
Dick’s abilities and achievements have been officially recognized by various global leaders including Presidents, Members of Parliament, Fortune 500 Boards and institutions such as UNESCO.
Dick has designed and implemented business development programs in Eastern Europe, the CIS, Balkans, Mongolia, China, Africa and the US. His combined international experience in directing program totals more than USD $20 Billion. Dick hales from Lubbock Texas USA and graduated Texas Tech University.
Prior to being active internationally, Dick spent 35 years in the civil construction industry, administering projects in the United States where he delivered extensive major national infrastructure projects across all sectors of the United States.

Peter has over 35 years of experience in the building trade and has a considerable depth of experience and knowledge, spanning all aspects of construction from civil to infrastructure networks, multi-storey residential high-rise, commercial, industrial, and retail, sporting arenas, education & medical facilities.
DavBuilt services include Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management of both Local and State Government projects. As the Principle for Davbuilt, Peter has built a solid reputation in the industry for overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects within budget and on time and leads his teams to be committed to hands on excellence in all areas of construction within the latest and best practice standards.
With a focus over the last 10 years in Multi Residential Development focused on all of the Queensland growth corridors, Peter’s services include Design Management, providing strategy and implementation through the entire project cycle.
Peter holds multiple qualifications in Architecture, Quantity Surveying and Construction Management, Peter is regularly approached to support projects as an Independent BSA Consultant providing strategic and operational support and advice across a diverse array of projects. Peter has served on the HIA legal committee for over 10 years and has performed the roles of Chairman and Vice Chairman to this body on multiple occasions.
